Para The Cradle of Life, U2 não retornou e deu lugar para Korn, banda americana que trouxe o gênero "nu metal" à tona. Embora nunca tenha sido um gênero bem visto, a maior parte das bandas que, em algum momento, foram nele encaixadas se tornaram muito mais do que o mero rótulo.
Eu particularmente acho o trabalho que Jonathan Davis, vocalista do Korn, fez para a trilha sonora de Queen of the Damned mais atraente que Did My Time. Não sei o real motivo da escolha dessa música como tema para o segundo filme, mas, apesar do que possa parecer, eu (obviamente) gosto.
Desta vez Angelina Jolie ‒ maravilhosa como sempre ‒ marcou presença no clipe, que também conta com cenas variadas do filme.
